My painting explores the unknown part of self-consciousness that is shaped by encounters. My work is driven by the feeling of nostalgia: things, thoughts, ideas that have long lived in my life, and also have shaped me as the person I am. In my paintings, sensibility grows in the room. Room is the ownership of stories in my works, and a container of my continuing process of collecting ideas and a safe space that allows trance.
