Created as light installations in the Mills College Greek Amphitheater, the projected images in the photographs capture the scientific process of virtual unwrapping by a particle accelerator to digitally decipher 2,000-year-old ancient scrolls.
Projected images originally sourced from Diamond Light Source, UK and the CERN European Organization for Nuclear Research, and subsequently edited for the project.
